Powder Truck (Bulk Powder Tank Truck)

Description
Powder truck is also known as powder materials transport truck or bulk powder tank truck. It is usually used to transport fly ash, cement, lime powder, mineral powder, granule and the alkali particle whose diameter is less than 0.1mm. It is mainly composed of dedicated truck chassis, power takeoff, air compressor, air pipe, tank and automatic unloading device. The top of the tank is equipped with two or three feed ports.

Applications

Working Principles
Shacman bulk powder tank truck makes use of its driving force to drive the air compressor. Via a conduit, the compressed air is sent into the air chamber at the bottom of the sealed tank. Thus the powder particulates on the air chamber fluidization bed are changed into flow form. When the pressure in the powder truck tank reaches the rated value, open the discharge valve, the material will flow through the pipeline and is transported.
