Description

Operational Guidance of 4×2 Water Cart
When users start to test a Shacman water sprinkler truck , you should fill water first. There are some guidance operations as follows:

1. When customers test the water fillings, please open the side door to make sure the hose is not knotted. Customers can pull out water suction hose from the case to have a look.
2. Before starting Shacman water sprinkler truck, please check that the pipe end of the water suction hose can remain 300 mm below water surface. You can drop it into a water container.
3. Put the speed changer into neutral position, and then start the engine of 4×2 water cart, disengage the clutch and pull back power take-off switch. Customers will see that the pump begins to work.
4. Close the side door of this water truck and the water filling operation is finished.

When customers start to operate Shacman water sprinkler truck, they should be able to operate the spraying as follows:

1. First of all, pull up handle bar of cross valve to make sure the water truck stays perpendicularly.
2. Open the ball valve of the sprayer.
3. Start the engine, place speed changer into the position and pull back power takeoff switch. Then users will see that the pump starts to work and the water in the truck begins to spray water.
4. Take off the handle bar of power and the operation test of this 4×2 water cart is finished.
